Mary Lambie

Mary is a well-known TV and radio personality, journalist and potato lover.

Mary is best known as the host of Good Morning – a show she hosted for seven years. Mary took a break from broadcasting between 2007-2015 and owned and operated a number of Subway franchises which provided her a fantastic grounding in business financial systems, processes and management.

With that skill set, Mary now runs her own Media Consultancy company called Socius. It’s a business which focuses on executive media training and advising individuals and corporates on all manner of media matters.

Mary is regularly called on as a panellist for Newstalk ZB, TVNZ Breakfast, The Project, and the AM Show.
